Project: Haultain Basement Development

For this project the homeowners wanted a self-contained area, with a mini-kitchen/wet bar, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom in the bedroom.

The challenge was fitting all these details into a fairly small footprint, while also keeping it open and spacious. Incorporating barn doors into the bedroom and closet helped to keep the space functional as well as sleek and modern.

We also included a unique asymmetrical built in entertainment center with warm wood slat wall and matte black cabinetry to match the open kitchen.
